The Modems are compatible with Evologics' standard S2C R and S2C R USBL series products, as well as directional, omnidirectional short and medium range devices for applications where size and weight are critical. The M-Series Acoustic Underwater Transponder/Communication Modems overcomes the effects of dynamic water environments through its patented broadband communication technology and performs well in a variety of underwater environments. It is lighter and smaller than the standard R Series Modems. Some, but also have all the performance of a full-size type of device.
